How do I install the Singapore eSIM?

Within about 5 minutes after payment, the QR code is sent to your email. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and scan it; on Android, add the eSIM in the SIM card manager according to your model. We recommend installing and activating it when you arrive at your destination or need internet access. See our installation guide for illustrated steps.

How soon can I use it after purchase?

The QR code is expected to be sent to your email within 5 minutes after checkout. This is a digital product, with no physical shipping fees or delivery wait. Please make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

Can I return the plan or switch to another plan?

Jeko eSIM is a digital product. Plans labeled as native eSIM are, in principle, non-refundable once sold; non-native/roaming plans are subject to the return and exchange policy based on installation and activation status. See our Return and Exchange Policy page for details.

Do you support electronic invoices?

Yes. Jeko eSIM supports electronic invoices, issued after payment based on your checkout email or member information; business customers should enter their tax ID number and invoice title.

Select a plan

Looking for a Singapore total-data eSIM that works with ChatGPT? The SIMBA/STARHUB plan uses a Singapore 4G/LTE network and shares 3GB–50GB across the trip, so a heavier day does not waste the next one. It suits Changi, Orchard Road, Marina Bay, and MRT trips when you can estimate total use.
Why the SIMBA/STARHUB total-data plan?
•
The simple way: Pick a total allowance and the number of days, scan the QR code, and go. No physical SIM swap. APN indosatgprs is usually filled in automatically.
•
High speed, then a slower connection: Choose 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, 30GB, or 50GB. After that, speed stays at about . It does not reset the next day. Use a smaller allowance for maps and messaging; pick 10GB or more for video or hotspot.
•
How much data: Maps and messaging are often about 300–500MB a day; social apps about 1GB; video or hotspot about 2GB or more. Multiply by your days and add about 20%.
•
Local Singapore network: SIMBA and STARHUB 4G/LTE cover Changi Airport, Orchard Road, Marina Bay, and MRT routes.
•
Exit IP: Traffic leaves through an Indonesia IP, so ChatGPT, TikTok, and Gemini generally work.
•
Hotspot and everyday apps: Hotspot, ChatGPT, TikTok, and Gemini are supported.
•
Duration: Depends on the allowance. Common choices run from 3 to 30 days. Use the options shown on the page.
•
Who should choose what: Choose this for 3GB or more and ChatGPT. To reset each day, choose the Singapore daily plan. For about 1GB a day and then roughly , choose the Singapore Light Travel card. If you do not want to count data all day, choose Singapore unlimited.
•
Before you switch it on: You can install on Wi-Fi in Taiwan, then turn this line and mobile data on after you arrive in Singapore so the validity period starts then. Whether identity verification is required is not specified by the supplier.

Real-world experience

Within the high-speed allowance, 4G around Changi and Orchard Road is often tens of Mbps. After that, about is enough for messaging and light pages; video and hotspot use slow down clearly. For reference only.
