How do I install the Japan eSIM?

Within about 5 minutes after payment, the QR code is sent to your email. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and scan it; on Android, add the eSIM in the SIM card manager according to your model. Can I return the plan or switch to another plan?
