How do I install the Australia eSIM?

Within about 5 minutes after payment, the QR code is sent to your email. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and scan it; on Android, add the eSIM in the SIM card manager according to your model. We recommend installing and activating it when you arrive at your destination or need internet access. See our installation guide for illustrated steps.

How soon can I use it after purchase?

The QR code is expected to be sent to your email within 5 minutes after checkout. This is a digital product, with no physical shipping fees or delivery wait. Please make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

Can I return the plan or switch to another plan?

Jeko eSIM is a digital product. Plans labeled as native eSIM are, in principle, non-refundable once sold; non-native/roaming plans are subject to the return and exchange policy based on installation and activation status. See our Return and Exchange Policy page for details.

Do you support electronic invoices?

Yes. Jeko eSIM supports electronic invoices, issued after payment based on your checkout email or member information; business customers should enter their tax ID number and invoice title.

Looking for an Australia unlimited eSIM, a Sydney eSIM, or Optus? Optus unlimited is Australia roaming with a Singapore IP and no data cap. It suits road trips and working holidays in Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast when you want to stay online all day.
Why choose Australia unlimited?
•
The simple way: Scan the QR code and go—no physical SIM swap. Most phones fill in APN e-ideas automatically. Just choose the number of days.
•
Unlimited data: Usage is not counted against a daily or total cap. Speeds may slow during busy periods, depending on location and network conditions.
•
Optus coverage: One of Australia's three major carriers. 4G/5G is steadier in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Perth; it drops inland, in deserts, and on remote roads.
•
Exit IP: Traffic goes out through a Singapore IP, so ChatGPT, TikTok, and Gemini generally work.
•
Hotspot + popular apps: Hotspot, ChatGPT, TikTok, and Gemini are supported.
•
Days: Choose 1–10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 days. For study or business trips of 20 days or more, the long-stay page compares daily, total-data, and unlimited plans.
•
Who should choose this / switch: Choose this to stay online all day without counting data. For an allowance that resets daily, switch to Australia daily. For one shared allowance, switch to Australia total data. For study or business of 20 days or more, see Australia long stay. For Australia and New Zealand together, switch to Australia & New Zealand eSIM.
•
Activation: You can install it on Wi‑Fi in Taiwan, then turn this line and mobile data on after arriving in Australia. The validity period starts then.

Real-world experience

Urban 4G/5G speed tests in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast commonly reach tens of Mbps, and drop inland, in deserts, and on remote roads. Unlimited data is not locked to a fixed Mbps rate, but may slow during busy periods. Navigation, messaging, and ride-hailing generally work. For reference only.
