Terms of Service

Please read these Terms before purchasing an eSIM, using member services, or participating in a Jeko eSIM partner program.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. Service Description and Scope

Welcome to the digital eSIM sales, member-account, partner-program (dedicated link/dedicated storefront), custom-article, and related travel value-added services provided by Jeko eSIM (the “Platform”). By registering, placing an order, applying to become a partner, or using any Platform function, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be announced on the website; your continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts and Member Obligations

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your email address, and securely protect your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for losses caused by another person’s use of your account due to your negligence. Contact Customer Support immediately if you discover an unusual login.
  • The Platform supports sign-in by email or third-party social platforms, including Google, Facebook, and LINE. When using third-party sign-in, you authorize the Platform to obtain the basic public information made available by that service to create your member account.
  • You may not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, infringement, or any other unlawful conduct.

3. Purchasing and Using eSIM Products

  • An eSIM is a digital product. After successful payment, a QR Code or activation information will be provided by email or in the Member Center. No physical SIM card will be shipped.
  • Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that your device meets the eSIM requirements, including eSIM support and carrier-unlocked status. See Customer Support and Compatible Device List to check whether your model supports eSIM.
  • The validity period, data allowance, coverage, and activation method for each country’s eSIM plan are governed by the relevant product-page description.
  • Follow the product description or Customer Support instructions for technical matters such as data calculation, roaming settings, and APN settings. The Platform may assist with troubleshooting issues caused by user configuration errors but does not guarantee immediate restoration.
  • You may not resell, crack, copy, or unlawfully distribute eSIM activation information. The Platform may terminate service for a violation and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

4. Payment, Invoices, and Refunds

  • The Platform accepts credit cards, LINE Pay, and other online payment methods. Transactions are processed by third-party payment providers, and the Platform does not store complete card numbers.
  • All prices and orders, including international-site orders, are processed in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). A non-TWD card may be subject to the card issuer’s exchange rate and foreign-transaction or other fees. If you select Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) on NewebPay, the exchange rate, amount, fees, and other DCC terms displayed by NewebPay at the time of payment apply.
  • The Platform supports electronic invoices. After payment, an electronic invoice will be issued using the email address or member information you supplied. For an invoice bearing a Uniform Business Number, correctly enter the number and invoice title at checkout.
  • For non-local/roaming eSIMs, a full refund is available if the eSIM has not been installed, or has been installed but not activated. Refunds for activated eSIMs are reviewed case by case. Customer Support will troubleshoot connection issues and may provide a replacement eSIM or refund depending on the circumstances. Local eSIMs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after sale. See the Refund and Exchange Policy.
  • To prevent malicious repeated orders and refunds, online applications may be temporarily disabled and referred to manual handling through our Official LINE Account when a customer reaches the approved-refund limit within a short period. If abuse is established, the Platform may suspend or permanently disable the account or purchasing privileges and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
  • If service is interrupted by a carrier, natural disaster, policy change, or other force majeure event, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to coordinate a response but is not liable for full compensation.

Discounts and promo codes

  • New-member NT$50 coupon: Subject to the then-current campaign rules. As a rule, you must sign in or register as a member, and you may also need to add the Platform’s official LINE account or complete LINE identity verification before claiming and applying the coupon. The offer is generally limited to members with no prior successful purchase on the Platform, and only one such NT$50 coupon may be used per order. It may not be stacked with a lottery NT$50 coupon. A minimum pre-discount merchandise subtotal (currently NT$200, excluding shipping) may apply. The coupon applies to all products on the Platform. Codes and eligibility are verified by the Platform’s systems at checkout.
  • Partner dedicated discount codes / referral links: Codes or links issued under an approved partner program may be entered or followed at checkout without creating a member account. When a traveler arrives through a dedicated link, the partner discount is applied automatically by default; the traveler may instead choose another available coupon at checkout (for example, the new-member NT$50 coupon), but only one may be used per order. The discount rate, attribution period, and whether the code is auto-applied from a dedicated link follow Platform approval and the partner program terms in these Terms.
  • Product-page or other public promo codes: Unless a campaign expressly requires membership, these codes may generally be entered at checkout without signing in. Validity, eligible products, stacking rules, and expiry are governed by the product page, campaign notice, and system verification at checkout.
  • As a rule, only one promo code or coupon may be applied to a cart at a time (new-member coupons, lottery coupons, partner discounts, and product promo codes cannot be stacked). Applying a new code removes previously applied promotions on that cart. The Platform may refuse, adjust, or cancel improper stacking, abuse, or technical errors, and the amount charged is the amount confirmed by the payment and order systems.
  • Points redemption: While offered by the Platform, member Points may be combined with one promo code or coupon. With a code or coupon applied, Points may cover up to 5% of the pre-discount merchandise subtotal; without one, up to 15%. The redeemable amount is determined by the system at checkout.

5. Partner Programs (Dedicated Link/Dedicated Storefront)

If you apply to become a Jeko eSIM partner, you must select a cooperation model in your application and comply with both the common terms below and the special terms for your selected model. The cooperation model is generally fixed at application; a change requires the Platform’s written consent and a new review.

(a) Common Terms

  • Partner applications are subject to Platform review. Results will be sent by email, and the Platform retains final discretion to approve or reject an application.
  • Partners must promote the services lawfully and truthfully and may not make false claims, mislead consumers, or impersonate Jeko eSIM.
  • If the Platform discovers noncompliant promotion, fraudulent orders, or conduct that damages the brand, it may suspend or terminate partner status and recover improperly obtained commissions.

(b) Commission Settlement, Statements, and Remittance

  • Settlement schedule: The calendar month in which an order is created, in Taipei time, is the “transaction month.” Orders from that transaction month are settled and a statement is generated on the 15th day of the following month. After you request a withdrawal in the dashboard, the Platform aims to remit funds within 10 business days by manually transferring them to the payment account you provided and confirmed. Remittance may be postponed when financial institutions are closed.
  • Payable commissions: As a rule, only orders with “Completed” status that have not been refunded are included. Canceled, incomplete, refunded, or otherwise non-completed orders are excluded from the period’s payable commission. If an order is refunded or another recovery event occurs after its commission has been remitted, the Platform may offset the amount against future commissions or require repayment of the overpayment.
  • Statement: At settlement, the Platform provides an electronic statement containing the amount payable, order details, and a suggested transfer memo. You must verify the statement before remittance. Any amount dispute must be raised within a reasonable period after receipt, and system order records are the primary basis for resolution.
  • Pre-remittance confirmation: Before remitting funds, the Platform will ask you to confirm the statement amount and beneficiary account information, including bank, branch, account name, and account number, by email, LINE, or another recordable method. The Platform may defer remittance until confirmation. You are responsible for returned transfers or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete account information.
  • Remittance method and memo: Commissions are paid by manual bank transfer or another Platform-designated method. The Platform enters an identifier in the transfer memo in the format JEKO-YYYYMM-PartnerCode. For example, for transaction month July 2026 and partner code JEEK, the memo is JEKO-202607-JEEK. The memo is for reconciliation by both parties; you are not being asked to enter it when funds are remitted to you.
  • Minimum withdrawal and withdrawal request: A dashboard withdrawal request is required. The current minimum is NT$3,000, the per-request maximum is NT$20,000, and an order must be at least 10 calendar days old before its amount becomes withdrawable. The first withdrawal in each Taipei calendar month is free; from the second withdrawal onward, a NT$15 bank-transfer fee is deducted from each requested amount (net remittance = requested amount − fee). The Platform reviews each request and aims to remit within 10 business days. Separately announced invoice, withholding, or other payment conditions apply where relevant.
  • Commission amounts displayed in the dashboard or marketing materials are estimates or real-time system calculations. The actual amount payable is determined by the applicable statement and remittance amount.

(c) Dedicated Discount-Code Link Model

  • Once approved, you receive a dedicated link in the format www.jeko-esim.com.tw/r/your-code. The link code may also serve as a discount code distributed by the system or configured under Platform rules and generally cannot be changed by you.
  • When a traveler follows the link to the official website, the discount code may be applied automatically; the same code may also be entered manually at checkout. The discount percentage is subject to Platform approval, for example 5% off the whole order. The traveler may use another available coupon (for example, the new-member NT$50 coupon) instead of your discount, but only one per order; doing so does not affect attribution of that order.
  • Attribution period: An order earns commission if the traveler pays within 30 days of clicking your link. After the traveler’s first paid purchase through your link, their email is bound to you for 30 days (first binding wins; clicking another partner’s link during that period does not change it), and repeat purchases with the same email within those 30 days also count even without clicking the link. After the binding expires, a new purchase through a partner link is required to bind again. Subject to the Platform’s then-current technology and announcements.
  • This model does not provide an independent storefront. Except for an approved discount, product content and checkout follow the official website, and you may not charge travelers additional fees.
  • Commission is governed by Platform announcements or individual approval. As a rule, it equals the amount actually paid (after discounts, coupons, and Points) × the approved commission rate (15% by default) and may not exceed the order’s gross profit; first purchases and repeat purchases within the binding period earn the same rate. Once the monthly target is reached (120 orders of at least NT$200 paid each, or NT$24,000 in completed sales, whichever comes first), the default rate for the rest of that month rises to 20% from the order that reaches the target, without retroactive adjustment; the count resets on the 1st of each month, returning to 15% until the target is reached again. Products with their own commission rate keep that rate and are not affected by the bonus. Currently, plans of 7 days or less for two unlimited products (Japan True Unlimited and Korea True Unlimited) are adjusted to 10% by default and 15% after the target is reached. Orders outside the attribution period earn no commission.

(d) Dedicated Storefront Model

  • Once approved, you receive a dedicated storefront URL in the format www.jeko-esim.com.tw/p/your-code. The store code is set during application and generally cannot be changed, so enter it carefully.
  • You may select products from the Platform catalog, configure storefront styling and markup, and sell eSIMs to travelers through your dedicated storefront. As a rule, only orders completed by travelers in your storefront earn commission.
  • Markup, product selection, and storefront presentation may not mislead consumers about price, data allowance, coverage, brand affiliation, or other matters. The Platform may require correction or removal of noncompliant content.
  • Your profit is determined by your chosen markup and is generally the amount paid in the store minus the Platform base price and payment-processing fee. If the store is suspended or removed, or the partnership ends, unsettled rights are handled under Platform rules.

(e) Custom Articles and Uploaded Content

  • After the Platform enables “Custom Articles,” a partner may publish original articles and upload images, video, embedded social posts, and other content to its dedicated storefront. The partner creates, selects, and publishes that content, and it is not reviewed, endorsed, or guaranteed by the Platform as truthful or lawful.
  • The partner must ensure that all published text, images, video, fonts, trademarks, embedded content, and other assets are lawfully licensed or owned by the partner and do not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, portrait right, privacy right, or other rights.
  • Complete disclaimer: If a partner uses the Platform, including a dedicated storefront, article system, media upload, or social embed, for unlawful purposes or uses copyrighted or otherwise unlicensed assets, that partner bears all resulting civil and criminal liability, administrative fines, third-party damages, attorneys’ fees, and other losses. Jeko eSIM and BlueLink Digital Enterprise bear no compensatory, joint, or supplementary liability.
  • If a third party asserts rights concerning partner content, the Platform may immediately remove the content, suspend Custom Articles, or terminate the partnership and may recover from the partner the resulting expenses and losses incurred by the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform’s trademarks, logos, website design, copy, and product information are protected by intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, adapted, or commercially exploited without written authorization. Partners may use Platform-provided marketing materials for promotion but may not alter Jeko eSIM brand identifiers or cause consumer confusion.

Intellectual-property rights in content uploaded or embedded by a partner remain with the original rights holder. To the extent the partner has authority, the partner licenses the Platform only to reproduce, publicly transmit, and store the content as necessary to provide the services. A partner may not upload material it has no right to use; the partner bears liability for any resulting infringement, and the Platform is not responsible.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform uses reasonable efforts to maintain stable service but does not guarantee that the website or eSIM connection will be uninterrupted at all times or in every location.
  • For connection quality caused by a third-party carrier, roaming partner, or user device, the Platform’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
  • Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the services.
  • The Platform is not responsible for any loss, dispute, or claim arising from articles, images, video, embedded content, or other assets independently published by a partner, or from a partner’s unlawful use of the services or use of copyrighted/unlicensed material. See Section 5(e).

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

For disputes arising from these Terms, a consumer may bring an action in the court of the consumer’s domicile in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Jurisdiction over all other disputes is determined under the Code of Civil Procedure.
