How do I install the Switzerland eSIM?

Within about 5 minutes after payment, the QR code is sent to your email. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and scan it; on Android, add the eSIM in the SIM card manager according to your model. We recommend installing and activating it when you arrive at your destination or need internet access. See our installation guide for illustrated steps.

How soon can I use it after purchase?

The QR code is expected to be sent to your email within 5 minutes after checkout. This is a digital product, with no physical shipping fees or delivery wait. Please make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

Can I return the plan or switch to another plan?

Jeko eSIM is a digital product. Plans labeled as native eSIM are, in principle, non-refundable once sold; non-native/roaming plans are subject to the return and exchange policy based on installation and activation status. See our Return and Exchange Policy page for details.

Do you support electronic invoices?

Yes. Jeko eSIM supports electronic invoices, issued after payment based on your checkout email or member information; business customers should enter their tax ID number and invoice title.
