eSIM not working? Follow these steps

  1. Confirm the phone supports eSIMUse the detector or dial *#06#. If an EID appears, the device supports eSIM and is unlocked.
  2. Install on stable Wi-FiKeep Wi-Fi on while scanning the QR code or installing the profile. Do not switch networks mid-install.
  3. Set the travel eSIM as mobile dataOpen Cellular / Mobile Service and choose the newly installed eSIM for mobile data.
  4. Turn on data roamingFor non-native / roaming eSIMs, turn on data roaming for that line—most will not connect without it. Native eSIMs follow the product page; enable roaming only if the instructions say so.
  5. Check APN and carrierEnter the APN from your order email if required. Set network selection to Automatic first.
  6. Refresh the radioToggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, then restart the phone before contacting support.

Do not delete the eSIM unless support asks you to—many QR codes can only be installed once. More in FAQ →

eSIM feels slow? Try this

  1. Confirm you are on the travel eSIMMake sure mobile data is using the Jeko eSIM line, not your home SIM.
  2. Move outdoors or near a windowIndoor concrete, basements, and elevators often drop LTE/5G to a crawl.
  3. Toggle Airplane Mode30 seconds off-network usually forces a fresh tower handshake.
  4. Try another network manuallyIf Automatic sticks to a congested carrier, pick another available network once, then return to Automatic.
  5. Check remaining dataOpen Data Usage in your account. Throttled or empty plans feel “slow” even with signal bars.
  6. Disable VPN / private DNS temporarilySome VPN or private DNS settings add latency on travel networks.

Check remaining data under Data Usage or your Account.
